Members of the Consultative Forum of Migrants in Romania realised there is little to no information for foreigners with regard to Romanian healthcare system and migrants’ rights in Romania.
Therefore, they decided to create a leaflet explaining the role of a family doctor, structure of the medical system and foreigners’ healthcare rights.
The Consultative Forum of Migrants is made of foreign students attending Romanian universities and was established as part of the PROMISE project.
The leaflet was produced within the PROMISE project - Protecting the Unaccompanied Migrant Minors, which was implemented by Terre des hommes Foundation and JRS Romania with the financial support of Active Citizens Fund Romania, programme funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA Grants 2014-2021.
