On June 2, we were happy to gather hundreds of participants in one of the few open events we organize annually: it was International Children's Day and we celebrated it in Herăstrău Park, together with Romanian children and children from refugee communities in Ukraine and Arab countries. It was a day full of joy, color, music and dance. The activities with which we delighted the children were those of magic, face painting, flash-mob with balloons, but also workshops for painting canvas bags and origami!
Childhood is a fascinating world in all cultures and we are glad that we could show it.
The event was part of our support project for refugee children in Ukraine, in partnership with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency in Romania.
